Accommodation

Quinta da Fonte has a block of 10 studio apartments with a spacious living area, bathroom and kitchenette.   Long term residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal effects to transform the apartment to their own home.

The apartment block has a weatherproof enclosed  connection to the main house which has a further 8 suites with private bathrooms. The main house has light and airy communal lounge and dining areas.

There is a secluded mature well stocked and maintained  garden which offers tranquil, restful and stimulating surroundings for residents and their guests to enjoy.

Apartments (10 in total):

  • Vary in size from 37m² to 54m², five of which are on the ground floor and have a private patio.
  • Some apartments can easily accommodate a couple.
  • All have a kitchenette with a fridge and facilities for tea/coffee making.
  • Each apartment has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower unit with a built-in chair, non-slip floor and an emergency call system.

Suites (8 in total):

  • Vary in size from 25m² to 42m².
  • There are three on the second floor of the main building and three on the ground floor. The remaining two comprise either side of a detached cottage with garden frontage and a private patio.
  • The cottage can easily be adapted to a two room independent accommodation for a couple.
  • All suites have an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower unit with a built-in chair, non-slip floor and an emergency call system.

About the Location

Quinta da Fonte is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in São Pedro do Estoril, 20 Km west of Lisbon and 30 Km from the City's International Airport. A Post Office, shops, cafés restaurants and São Pedro railway station (20 mins to Lisbon/10 mins to Cascais) are all within walking distance. The scenic beach front and promenade is a 10 minute walk away. There is easy Main road access to the Av Marginal (N6) and the Motorway (A5).
